2. Submit a Request

The form on this page is the canonical intake for Access, Correction, Deletion, Opt-out or privacy-choice, Appeal, and Other privacy requests. A reference is issued after the request is securely recorded.

3. Identity Verification

Acren may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. The information requested for verification will depend on the nature and sensitivity of the request.

4. Authorized Agents

Where applicable, authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of individuals. Acren may request evidence of authorization and may independently verify the request with the individual.

5. Response Timing

Acren will respond within the period required by applicable law and will provide notice if an extension is permitted and reasonably necessary.

6. Appeals

Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a privacy decision, instructions for submitting an appeal will be included with Acren's response.

7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Acren does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Certain privacy laws define terms such as "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" more broadly than ordinary usage. Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of covered processing, use the request form on this page.
